For example, within the Prime Transportation Management System, the imaging component solves a major headache by securely generating, tracking, storing and archiving all paperwork related to each load in a single location for ease of access. On your Prime Dashboard, there is a Documents Tab for each load. Under this tab users can find every contract, invoice, printed label, delivery receipt, rate confirmation, W2 or any other document related to the load in question.

Further, users can search and filter documents by carrier, customer, load, bill of lading, or any other identifiable data point.
